About Homeopathic Cell Salts
Cell Salts hold a unique position in homeopathic medicine as being in between being a supplement (containing the material substance) and being a homeopathic remedy (potentized). Cells Salts are made in an “X” potency. This potency means that there is a dilution of 1:10 and it has been done as many times as the number in front of the “X”. The potencies for cell salt are 3X, 6X, 12X and 24X potencies.

Dosing Cell Salts – Consult a Homeopath For Guidance
Because cell salts are both a material substance and potentized, we want to mix both ways of delivery – dry and water. We recommend starting with the 6X in most cases. Always consult your Homeopath for the proper cell salt(s) for a chronic case, the correct potency and any variation from this general type of dosing.
- The traditional potency used is 3X and 6X.
- The standard dose amount is 3 – 5 tablets.
- Take 3 – 5 pills DRY the first thing in the morning. You can take a sip of water after they dissolve if you wish.
- Take 3 – 5 pills DRY the last intake in the evening. You can take a sip of water after they dissolve if you wish.
- Take 3 – 5 pills dissolved in water throughout the day.
Use a 8 oz – 16 oz. water bottle with the cell salts dissolved in it. Sip from this bottle throughout the day. This whole volume of water with cell salts added should be consumed during the day. - Be sure to dose in a clean mouth. Avoid having any food or drink at least 15 minutes before or after the cell salts are dosed, with the exception of the water after the dry tablets are dosed.
